Claims where no one was injured

If you've been involved in an incident and no one was injured, you can call us on 0300 037 3737, or use our online claims service:

Windscreen and windows repair

If your windscreen or windows need repairing or replacing, call Autoglass on 0300 037 9944 or book a repair online.

Before you contact us

It's great to have details of the incident ready, but it's okay if you can only provide your name and address. Our experienced handlers will help you with your claim.

The sooner we know about the incident, the quicker we will be able to find your details and start your claim. Don't worry if you don't have all the details, but it might help to speed things up if you can provide any of the following:
  • Names and addresses of everyone involved in the incident including passengers
  • Registration numbers and makes and models of all vehicles involved
  • Insurers' details and policy numbers
  • Police details if applicable, and whether they attended
  • Witness details
  • Photographs of the damage
If your vehicle's stolen, you'll need to notify the police and get a crime reference number.

What happens next

Once you've told us about the incident, you can relax. We'll take care of everything.

If your vehicle has any damage, one of our approved repairers will contact you. They'll inspect your vehicle, and if it's repairable, provide a courtesy car to keep you mobile.

You'll be kept up to date throughout the claim.
