What you can expect to happen if...
Your vehicle is being repaired
Your vehicle should now be with one of our repairers and repairs well on their way. The repairer should keep you up to date with progress, but if you need to know more, please contact them directly.
You were given a courtesy car
The repairer will ask you to return the courtesy car when the repairs are completed.
Your vehicle was written off or unrecovered
Our customer service team will contact you to discuss your options.
Other people were involved
